Dear community members, Epping Wollert Nepalese Community is hosting its annual general meeting at Aurora Town Centre Park on Saturday 28th of Nov at 11:00 am. All community members are requested to attend the meeting to hear about the EWNC activities & our future priorities. Please RSVP.
17.01.2022 Whittlesea Community Connections is organising some free Financial Assistance Information Sessions via zoom for the communities in the City of Whittlesea in 6 languages including Nepali starting from 23rd of November to the 16th of December. The information sessions will be around COVID-19 Financial assistance, Utility Relief & Non-Mains Utility Relief Grant. Financial assistance, Utility Relief & Non-Mains Utility Relief Grant, and Meeting the Cost of Education will be delivered by Whittlesea Community Connections. The information session around Tax and Super delivered by officials from ATO.

16.01.2022 We would like to thank all the community members who attended the Epping Wollert Nepalese Community 2nd Annual General Meeting at Aurora Town Centre Park Epping. Our AGM was conducted in accordance with COVID19 safety protocols. The discussion was primarily focused on achievement thus far, and our priorities for the future. Community members present during the meeting had an opportunity to participate in the discussion and put forward their views to the executive committee. ...We look forward to building on this momentum as we plan for future activities. We would also extend our gratitude to Mr. Narayan Kandel, for kindly agreeing to showcase his quality artwork during the event. We feel very privileged in being able to provide a platform that enables talent within the community to showcase their caliber. Similarly, we would also like to extend our gratitude towards Mr. Tara Gaire for sharing his personal experiences while volunteering in the community organizations. Tara spoke brilliantly about the ways community members can balance their responsibility towards their family, the profession, and the community and create role model behaviors for future generations. Lastly, through this AGM, EWNC has commenced a new membership drive to encourage community members to formally register as a member of the community. 03.01.2022 NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. Epping Wollert Nepalese Community is hosting its 2020 Annual General Meeting on the 28th of Nov 11:00 am. As it is evident to our community members, the current restrictions on public gathering designed to mitigate the impact of the global pandemic prevents us from hosting large public events with in-person attendees.... Hence, we intend to conduct an online AGM. Should the restriction on sizeable public gatherings be lifted on the 22nd of Nov, we will communicate whether the in-person meeting can be hosted in a COVID safe location through our Facebook page. Otherwise, we will share the link to enable our members to attend the AGm on our Facebook page.
