13.01.2022 Timetable commencing Monday 18th Jan 2021 PORT MELBOURNE & ALTONA NORTH WE ARE BACK IN FULL SWING AND RARING TO GO!... We have a timetable so please check location before booking your sessions. 6.15am sessions are back for the early 's and those of you who are back at work. Lots of session times to choose from going forward. All sessions are suited to all fitness levels, so whether you are starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, our sessions will cater to your needs and level. We have a great community where everyone is encouraging and friendly regardless of your fitness level. Our sessions involve equipment and body weight exercises and can be regressed/progressed if the need arises. Come and check us out! Have some fun, get sweaty and work as hard as you can. 12.01.2022 31 FOR 31! . Join me for 31 minutes of training for 31 days! . Let's start 2021 with a bang and get our training year off to a cracking start.... . For the month of January I will be training for a minimum of 31 minutes each day to get my health and fitness back on track and to feel good again. Get rid of that 2020 slump and get back to doing what I love most - TRAINING! Today it was a 6km run in Altona North. . Feel free to join me. Day 1 complete 1 exercise (1), day 2 complete 2 exercises (2, 1), day 3 complete 3 exercises (3, 2, 1)... day 12 complete 12 exercises (12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1). . Online and Outdoor Group sessions available in Port Melbourne & Altona North.... Outdoor Group sessions - 45 minutes - lots of fun - killer workout! Single session pass or pass packs avaliable. Online sessions - 30 minutes - no equipment necessary - killer workout! One week trial pass available - $20 - gives you access to all online sessions as well as our On Demand workout library so you can train anytime, anywhere (you have internet). Session passes can be used for these sessions also. 04.01.2022 2020! WOW! WHAT A YEAR! A year to remember not forget! Remember the times you shared with family and (some) friends. Remember the love that was shared for each and every celebration. ... Remember the sacrifices you made. Remember the lessons learnt. Remember the crap you got rid of () and the home DIY that got completed. Remember where we've come from Victoria and how the state banned together to get through. Remember the year that was 2020! And Remember to be thankful for what you have! Celebrate where we've come from! As much as this year has been hard for everyone I've witnessed so much love and care not only here in Victoria but around the world. I am so thankful to those who stuck with me and to those who have recently joined me. I am nervous about what the future holds but also excited! This year has had its downs but it's also had it's ups and I'm choosing to cherish them all. From the bottom of my THANK YOU! KEEP SMILING, STAY POSITIVE AND LET'S HAVE A KICK ASS 2021! Taz x
