We have been conditioned to believe that being a powerful, soft, feirce, wild woman is something we should feel shame for. Society has created an unrealistic ‘ideal’ woman, pressuring woman into buying that new beauty treatment or a trending fashion peice. As woman we begin to judge, criticise and compare between each other, but truthfully we are only creating hurt and resenting... our own uniqueness. 04.01.2022 Why I felt called to create the REIGNITE program 3 years ago, I was asked the questions: how would you describe yourself and your values using 5 words? I could not answer this question. ... I realised that I had no true understanding and knowing of who I was and what I valued. Because I was morphing myself into who I thought I needed to be, to feel acceptance and worthiness. Suppressing and disconnecting from my true self, needs and desires. It was after this moment that I was committed to learning, discovering who I was. I was introduce to Theta Healing, shortly after. Which is were I realised that throughout my life experiences & traumas, I had been conditioned with behaviours of Co dependency, unworthiness, disconnection from self and shame. Bit by bit I worked through my core wounds and the ancestral trauma that I was carrying. Changing my routine, addictive behaviours from negative to positive, empowering and loving myself & acceptaning myself for who and where I am in that present moment. I now have a program to support woman to do the same, to uncover and love themselves. Empower themselves and transform their lives.
