20.01.2022 Hello and Welcome! If you've been invited to join this page it means I think your a human being with a larger than life perspective . I plan on sharing the experiences and knowledge I am learning through my yoga practice and way of life, which is profoundly transforming me, through this page. I'll be sharing in the form of short video clips and passages. Ive met so many people who are struggling in such an endless number of ways over the past few years as I've matured into adulthood. Now more than ever, I can see the need for equanimity in the minds and emotions of people all around the world.
