21.01.2022 You can still join the pre natal course! We have our second session Thursday evening. A beautiful special time each week to connect with your baby and have some time out for you. Yoga is so beneficial for the changing body in pregnancy, helping reduce fatigue and pain, calming the mind and learning techniques to support stressful and challenging situations in birth or parenthood! Send me a PM if you would like to register x

20.01.2022 I have secured a local location for this wonderful pre natal course. If you are pregnant and live in the Adelaide city beach areas of Seacliff, Brighton or Glenelg this is a great opportunity to have some down time before your baby comes and to connect with other pregnant women.

19.01.2022 International Yoga day. Winter solstice... shortest day and the turn around to longer days. The last week before we welcome our new little family member. It’s been quite a cool ride this pregnancy journey. I’m excited for the next wave of changes in our lives. I’m grateful to have the wisdom of yoga to assist in this journey. And for the support and connections of family and friends. What a physical, emotional and spiritual journey this thing called life is! Let’s go!

17.01.2022 Hello EquilibrioSA followers ... it has been a while since being in touch. I am already beginning an inward journey as the Autumn months flow with the current restrictions on our health and wellbeing. It has been a bit of a rollercoaster... but I am almost ready to begin my online 6 week pre natal yoga course. I am also sharing details of Sacred Women's Business online "Explore and Restore" the Pelvic floor. These 2 courses align beautifully for women who are pregnant, women ...who would like to connect more with slowing down their practice but also connecting with deep parts of the body and mind and women who would like to know more about the important pelvic floor area of the body and the mysterious connections it has with life. I am super excited to learn more in this course! Stay tuned for details of the pre natal yoga course, beginning Thursday 14th May. https://feminine-leadership-summit.teachable.com/p/explor/
