Massage can help release the physical stress from our bodies but if you ever need someone to talk to I'm always here holding a safe confidential space for you to let it all out. It's ok to not be ok! 21.01.2022 Only 4 weeks to go until the studio will be back up and running. I will be opening slowly and only seeing 2 clients a day for the first couple of months. Hygiene has always been of the utmost importance at the studio however I will have longer gaps between massages to ensure everything is above standard for the next client! The safety and comfort of all who visit the studio and myself remains my priority! #handsoff

20.01.2022 Early morning ‘bath’ in my backyard .... Shinrin-yoku (forest bath). Phytoncides are chemicals released by trees and plants that have been proven to boost our i...mmune systems, slow down the body’s response to stress and aid sleep. The more time you can spend outdoors, connecting with nature the better. Be mindful and intentionally tuning in to all its glory. Slow down and really immerse yourself in its beauty. Engage all of your senses, drink it all in. Feelings of awe, appreciation and contentment are sure to grow leaving you happier, less stressed and anxious. Tap into and connect with the rhythms of nature. You may not be able to head to a forest or garden during these times so think smaller ... tenderly caring for a pot plant might be where you start.

14.01.2022 To all my valued clients, I hope everyone is keeping safe and well! I have had a number of inquiries over the last few days in regards to if I am open for business again so just thought I would give everyone an update to when the studio will be back up and running. Although the government has given the go ahead for all remedial massage therapist to begin practicing, at this stage I have decided to keep the studio closed for another month. Monday June the 1st will be my next d...ay of business. I have made this decision for a number of reasons but the most important being the extra support both of my children need with their online schooling at the moment. I have a list of clients who have asked me to contact them in regards to making a booking so over the next couple of weeks I will send out personal messages to everyone who has asked to be notified and will start booking you all in again. If you would like to plan ahead and make a booking for after the 1st of June please send me a text on 0414015557 and I can send through my availability. 07.01.2022 To all my valued clients, Given the current circumstances with regards to the covid-19 coronavirus it has been advised by the association of massage therapists that all of their members discontinue practise. For the saftey of my clients, my family and myself effective immediately the Equilibrium studio will be closed for a period of one month at this stage. This will be constantly reviewed in line with health advice and the advice from the massage association as it becomes a...vailable. For those of you that have bookings over the next 4 weeks I will be in touch with you personally at some stage throughout this week. I thank you for your continued support. 02.01.2022 The last half of this year is flying by so I thought I would give you all a quick update to let you know whats happening at the studio and what changes will take place for 2021. The equilibrium studio will be closed from 5th December 2020 through until early to mid February 2021. This will allow me to have some quality time with my family over the Christmas new year period. I don't have an exact opening date for 2021 as yet but I have a list of regular clients who would lik...e me to contact them as soon as I know. If you would like me to add you to the list please send me a text on 0414015557 with your details. I'm now almost fully booked until my closing date in December with only a handful of appointments available so if you are a regular client and you'd like to make an appointment I highly recommend getting in touch asap so you don't miss out. :). For the remainder of this year I will not be taking on any new clients. As of February 2021 my rates will be increasing. New rates will be 60 minutes for $70 and 90 minutes will be $100. Also as of February 2021 the loyalty rewards program will be completely phased out. It's been such a crazy, unpredictable year I'm really looking forward to slowing my pace of life down for a couple of months.
