06.01.2022 It's been a hard few months for many of us. New Year, new challenges. We've lost goals, homes and loved ones. We're in the midst of a generational event. That last statement almost seems to be becoming normal to some. This is a time for us to rest, reflect, reset. To rest our bodies, our minds and movements. To reflect on the value of those around us and those who are not. To reset our goals, expectations and values.... We hope we can all get together at the end with a renewed willingness to create for one another. I hope we are taking steps in the right direction.
