21.01.2022 I’m excited to share these little beauties with you all.... I stumbled upon this little gem recently thanks to Tani at Go With The Flow and instantly needed to ...be able to share them with others. This book is written for teenage girls to embrace all that they are and learn about themselves BUT honestly it’s a book for all of us! From activities such as ‘who’s in your tribe’ to navigating challenges, dealing with anger, getting to know ourselves, the power of our thoughts and so much more. In my opinion this should be the first workbook handed to any young woman as she begins secondary school. If you would like to get hold of one please let me know, I’ve made it my business to have a stack of them on hand. They’re so reasonably priced at $25 and are a must have for anyone wanting to know themselves better and learn from the insights this workbook can bring about. #projectme #selfdiscovery

12.01.2022 When I look at a horse I say to myself ‘back to grazing’. Horses have taught me that we can respond to something in our environment, ask ourselves- is there any danger? Do I need to respond? No, ok, all is well, back to grazing. This very much applies to us as humans as well. It is through doing this that we can remain in the present moment and not exist in our minds. Our minds can be very noisy places and take us away from there ‘here and now’.

11.01.2022 What a wonderful true story from somebody who had little hope left when first attending and had such positive results. I went home after that session and I was feeling amazing, I had helped a horse and he helped me. I was definitely going back.

06.01.2022 Horses are clear and congruent in their communications. What they say is what they mean. Ears flat back, head out = stay away from my pile of hay! This horse is assertively setting his boundaries. The other horse will appreciate his leadership and clear communication. Some lessons in this for us humans don’t you think?
