06.01.2022 The amount of extremely bad diet advice I see on the internet everyday saddens me. Here’s some examples of things I have seen just today - I stopped eating and just drunk coffee and lost 30kgs - Cut out everything from your diet ... - Nothing works for me - Eat under 1000 Calories a day I just want to shout, stop falling for this diet mentality and culture, it’s a 60 billion dollar industry for a reason, the reason is NO fad works long term. You need to learn about food, what food is made up of, I have so many ladies come to me who say I don’t eat much but when they actually track there calories BOOM we find the issues. stop following fad diets and take the time to learn about food, calories, macro and micro nutrients. Take the time to really listen to what your body needs.

If the answer is not many, now is the time to change that Make the decision, to make the time to change what you are doing and do the things that make you happy! This is not about anyone else but YOU!! It may take time to get there but make the action plan to make it happen!
