22.01.2022 I had to share this. Poor kid, the coach would be having a heart attack and the pony is the winner.

22.01.2022 More from our rescue of Bundy the Pelican. Hopefully he will pull through. Thanks Nicola for being so caring and Antony for bringing the Kayaks and off course the guest appearance by Fly and Orrich.

21.01.2022 A few years ago I competed at the Police Games. It was dressage day and my soon to be friend rode an awesome test with a caller who cracked me up with her method of calling the test. For years this funny test has been on my mind and with Karen Yanik approval I get to share it with my followers. ... Feel free to share. I think we could make this go viral within the equine community. Enjoy and have a laugh. It’s what us dressage queens really need. It’s the best! https://youtu.be/cL3sI_2-Z4o

09.01.2022 Whilst Felix was busy dancing with Amy to achieve her Para grading I took a road trip with Fly and Orrich to Lismore and stayed at Donna Purtle and Andrew Purtle lovely property. Jeannette Murphy came along for the ride. We competed at Easy Riders working equitation competition at the beautiful Bangalow Showgrounds. Both boys winning Champion at their respective level with Orrich getting 85% and 86% in the Maneability at his first ever comp. Donna Rode her Joe in Deb W for ...Champion and Alistair in Deb F for champion. It was a great comp very well organised, lovely people and excellent grounds. After a few days R and R we headed to Grafton for Clarence Valley working Equitation Competition. Again both boys including Donnas were champion in their levels. It was nice to get away and enjoy some time with my lovely horses. I’ve only been able to get to one Stroud RC day so far this year, but it was nice to wear the Stroud Tshirt

02.01.2022 It’s Great to welcome back Lilli Mitchell as part of our team. Lilli Mitchell is an exciting young rider having represented NSW, on a number of occasions at EA Nationals and as a young rider (12year old) winning Working Equitation State Champion in Deb F, and arguably the best Working Equitation Junior rider at that time. Lilli adds a wealth of experience for her young years and is a delight to be around.

02.01.2022 This is the most amazing property. Perfect for a family who wants to escape the city and live in a private resort. Plenty of room for the wife and kids horses, with fully fenced PVC yards and soiltex full size 20x60 dressage arena. Full lake frontage to drop in your jet ski or ski boat or take the ponies for a swim. The beautiful house is lovingly renovated with views over the lake, a very large verandah to sit and relax after a hard day at play. ... Highly recommended. One Lucky family will secure a fabulous property. See more

02.01.2022 Our final kids camp for the holidays was a cracker. With a keen group of kids we were destined to have a good time. Apart from all the regular activities, there were a couple of stand out features of this camp. It’s important to keep our horses healthy and comfortable, so my lovely neighbour Kylie came and steered us through a session of ‘the importance of cleaning our horses sheaths’. ... The look on the kids faces were priceless. Mostly screwed up noses. But in the end most of the kids gloved up for the experience. I’m sure their boys will be much happier now! I hear that the talk at the dinner table was very interesting that evening. Of course jumping is everyone’s favourite. So we were privileged to have Ellen McIntosh come and share her awesome knowledge. She started by getting all the kids to design a show jumping course. Then with course in hand they all went and built the course. I heard comments that having built the course it was easy to remember how to ride it. Good work girls. Of course, for the finishing touch they all got to ride the course. Ellen was fabulous with the kids. Her manner is so lovely and encouraging. They all had a ball. The camps have been such fun for everyone. There has been 50 kids through Equine Sense camps over the holidays. Everyone left with a smile on their face. Which makes my heart happy. Thanks Jeannette Murphy for your tireless devotion to the kids and to Ellyse for your help with the kids and being our legs. Now planning underway for the next holidays.
