24.01.2022 In the basic training of sport horses, what I learned is the most important thing is that you realize that your horse is really a multi-talent. Don’t specializ...e too earlynot the rider and not the horse. Turn your volume up to listen to Olympian and World Champion event rider Ingrid Klimke explain how to first introduce the horse to cavalletti. She demonstrates how to walk and trot over polls and how to use your position. She also discusses the importance of not specializing too early and allowing the horse and rider to try everything. 19.01.2022 ‘Buzz’ an interesting, delightful character he was to clip, he certainly kept my nerves on edge but with a horse like him patience is a virtue!

17.01.2022 Shaggy pony’s, not anymore!

17.01.2022 A young standardbred filly being prepped for the sales, finished an already started clip. Job would have been better if filly had been washed prior to clipping but nonetheless she is done now. Thoroughly washing your horse prior to clipping ensures the best possible outcome & means I sleep well at night knowing I’ve done everything in my capacity to give you the best clip possible. #standardbredclipping #clippingcleanhorses

14.01.2022 How is this big boy, what a stunning flea bitten grey. He appeared to be genuinely scared but ended up being one of my best behaved to clip. Ludovic Bernadat

11.01.2022 Sedation.... Dormosedan gel....sometimes you just have to go to sleep for a while!

11.01.2022 11.35pm message Friday night ... please can you help me I started clipping my horse & can’t finish it & I have a clinic to go to tomorrow. On 4hrs sleep I drove quite a long way to fix ‘Salem’ so he could go to the Wallaby Hill clinic. This caused problems for my other clips that day as I was then an hour late for them, (my own fault for not allowing extra time as he was fidgety). WOW doesn’t he look amazing...! thanks Steph for the beautiful photo, I’m thrilled to see the the end result & given the circumstances thrilled again that I was able to help.

10.01.2022 A before & after photo would show this better, this shows sweat marks after being ridden as a significant reduction in sweat post clipping.

05.01.2022 I can’t believe the muscles on the gorgeous Grand Prix dressage horse called Piccolo owned, trained & ridden by Megan Joerg. I’m sure he is more muscular than last year. We left legs & saddle pad on with his clip.

04.01.2022 This beautiful thoroughbred looked stunning after his clip & is now able to be worked in the evenings without heavily sweating. #equineclipper #supercleanhorse

03.01.2022 Third time I’ve clipped Merlin, he’s a super star, tricky & well aware of his power strength & dominance, today was on his best behaviour... #gettingtoknowahorse #horseclippingtakestime #thoroughbredclipping Ludovic Bernadat
