08.01.2022 While treating stockhorse Bluey, Jerry noticed he had tarter (calculus) build up on his canine (bridle) teeth ( picture 1). The calculus was removed ( picture 2) . Note the slight bleeding of the gums at the base of the tooth, this is a sign of gingivitis. Now the calculus has been removed, this gingivitis will clear up within a few days.
