11.01.2022 Sometimes people have big expectations from therapy. They want big wow moments and huge change. However we are client-driven, we don't have a list of expectations or timelines. It takes as long as it takes. A lifetime of troubles will not be erased in an hour of therapy. But we can teach the tools the client needs to help them on their journey. So for clients who are seeing small changes, keep going! This is the first tentative step into a new way of seeing the world and operating in it and we will be beside you every step! You're doing great!
