20.01.2022 Between the age of 2 and 4 years of age, the horse will shed 24 baby teeth both premolars (cheek) and incisor (front) teeth. These teeth are replaced by adult teeth! This is why younger horses need to be checked more frequently, please pm to book your horses dentals

04.01.2022 Hey guys, Just some general things to note regarding payment methods, late payment and cancellation policy! Payment methods: I accept direct bank deposit, cash and as some of you may know, I am now accepting CARD PAYMENT with a 1.9% surcharge! I have my card facilities with me at all jobs so if you would prefer to pay this way then don’t hesitate to ask! All receipts for card payments will be sent to you via email or text. ... Late payment: All invoices have a due date of 7 days from the date of treatment. All of my invoices are now electronic so can be emailed and/or texted to you so ‘loss of the paper invoice’ no longer occurs leading to overdue payments. Lately I have had multiple outstanding invoices at a time! From the 1ST OF OCTOBER 2018, an overdue invoice will incur a fee of $10 for each week overdue the payment is. In the case of unforeseeable circumstances please contact me to avoid being charged this late fee. I have been super hesitant to charge this fee but there has been an increasing number of overdue invoices which severely effects a small business such as myself. Cancellation Policy: Another issue I have to address is cancellation on such short notice. As of the 1ST OF OCTOBER 2018, cancellation of your appointment within 48 hours of the time booked in or a ‘no-show’ will require the payment of a full consult fee. This is due to the difficulty to book someone in to fill your spot on such short notice and this free spot wastes valuable time and also takes an effect on a small business. In regards to ‘valuable time’, please have your horses caught prior to the time that has been booked in so I can make use of the time I have with you and not run late for my next client. Thank you all for understanding!

01.01.2022 Hi everyone! An important notice in regards to the COVID 19. I still will remain in operation and treat your horses teeth. If you have recently been overseas or have tested positive or even feel unwell, please don’t hesitate to reschedule your appointments please give as much notice as possible in regards to cancellations, I am happy to treat your horses alone or if you wanted to be in the vicinity of the 1.5m rule. I have plenty of disinfectant and constantly and cleaning tools and myself. Please don’t hesitate to pm me if you are worried but if we all stick to the essential rules we will get through this, kind regards Catherine
