19.01.2022 Great visual. When a horses head is pulled in beyond the vertical like this (either with reins or tie downs), the spine get kinked. The compensations follow the whole spine, contributing to things like kissing spine, lower back and SI pain. Ouch!

11.01.2022 Getting some good releases with this gorgeous boy!

10.01.2022 Due to Covid19 guidelines please read below. I will be continuing to see horses at this stage, but with a few changes: As appointments take place outside with only the owner and myself it is low risk. In saying that though, I will be taking further precautions to prevent the chances of contracting/spreading the Corona virus. ... The horse being worked on must be tied up, happy to stand in a stable or be held by myself only. If they cannot tie up or stand with me alone, I do not recommend an appointment during this time. I will not be working on a horse that needs to be held by someone else. There will not be any physical contact between any other persons & myself and all owners must maintain a distance of at least 3m from the horse & myself during the appointment. If you are unwell or think you have been in contact with the virus please do not book an appointment. Equine Therapy Australia apologises for any inconvenience this may cause but these measures are important and necessary for everyones safety.
