13.01.2022 A selection of pictures of Katie, preparation, patience training, waiting quietly while being tied up, waiting patiently to work, etc. Notice how patient she is before I ask her to move off, away from me and staying exactly where I put her without Katie crowding, pushing into my space or hurrying me along. Pretty impressive because Katie has been in a paddock for many years, and hasn't been ridden/worked for quite a while. Both Nero and Katie are Standardbreds.

04.01.2022 Practice straight lines, transitions from walk, sitting trot and rising trot. You can roll around to the left or right. Come to a halt, rest for a count of 5 backup 5 steps. You can count your strides in.
