But, when you begin to truly understand what it means to be a great leader, vulnerability is your superpower By being vulnerable as a leader, you are communicating that you have complete trust in your team. By being vulnerable as a leader, you harness the strengths of others to compensate, propelling your team forward.... By being vulnerable as a leader, you have incredible personal power [inner confidence] and integrity. Please note, professional standards and boundaries do not need to be compromised to incorporate more vulnerability. The leaders I admire the most are authentic. They are human. They can laugh, show sadness, be calmly assertive, confident and seek help from those around them when uncertain.
