18.01.2022 Equity Development Management is excited to present progress on M by Montefiore at Randwick, pictured during our site visit last week with some of our EDM team. This premium Independent Living Unit development is expected to reach completion this August.

18.01.2022 Equity Development Management is proud to announce the completion of construction at M by Montefiore. Residents are now commencing occupancy. M by Montefiore comprises 79 new 1, 2 and 3 bed luxury Independent Living Units at 100 and 110 King Street Randwick. Including Club Lounge, Cinema, Gym and Swimming Pool. Equity Development Management thanks Montefiore for being selected to project manage the project including management of approvals, design and documentation, tender and contract award, and head contract administration.

11.01.2022 EDM would like to congratulate Centuria Capital Limited, Compass Housing and Mars Building for their fantastic work on the project thus far, celebrated with a topping out ceremony which was held on Friday on site. We would also like to thank Adam Crouch, the Parliamentary Secretary for the Central Coast, for attending and again supporting the development of critical social & affordable housing infrastructure.

10.01.2022 Equity Development Management is proud to be assisting Aventus Group as project managers in the design and delivery of the newly re-branded Caringbah Super Centre. The project has reached an important milestone with the refurbished level 1 now open for trade. We look forward to assisting the delivery of the next phase of works which includes a new external façade, centre manager's office, amenities and refurbished Ground Floor Mall space.

07.01.2022 Congratulations to our development partners, Centuria Capital Limited and Compass Housing on a successful topping out ceremony which was held this past Friday in West Gosford. The incredible work by North Construction & Building and the project team to get the project to this stage was celebrated with the tradition of marking the highest point of the structure with a tree. We would also like to thank Adam Crouch, the Parliamentary Secretary for the Central Coast for attendin...g and discussing the importance of social/affordable housing infrastructure. With construction advancing well, North Construction & Building Pty Ltd will be celebrating a topping out in the coming weeks.

02.01.2022 Congratulations to our client Aventus Group who officially re-opened the newly re-branded Caringbah SuperCentre last week which showcased an expansion of 25 outlets including a full refurbishment of external facades, shopfronts, mall and amenity areas. Equity Development Management is proud to have provided project management services throughout the design, approvals and construction of this milestone project. The staged construction methodology allowed for trade to continue ...throughout the works. A truly remarkable transformation and well done to all involved. The official re-opening was a big event for the Sutherland Shire community, with local Mayor Cr Steve Simpson doing the honours of cutting the ribbon.
