16.01.2022 It occurred to me while attending the re-launch of the Choices Joondalup store (amazing set up!) as I looked around the crowd that I recognised a lot of the faces though they work for different companies now. 07.01.2022 Having done work for this client 4 years ago, they have finally moved on to the next phase of their renovations and extensions. They have removed a wall and doorway, and extended the old kitchen area to twice it's original size. This album follows the process of making the floor look like it was never patched or added on to.

05.01.2022 Hi folks, Just a little insight into the world of direct stick flooring. You can ask your installer to use a system for your installation. This simply means that he uses the same brand of glue as he does moisture barrier. Every adhesive manufacturer makes a moisture barrier to suit, and they often only warranty their product if it's used within the specifications of a system. Insisting on a system does three things ....... It ensures that if there is a failure of either product, you are covered under the terms of the manufacturers warranty It gives peace of mind, 99% of the time crossing systems might be ok, but you don't want to be that 1% when it comes to a direct stick floor. Thirdly, it ensures that it there is an issue with the floor, it's most likely an installation issue. Your local installer will be much easier to deal with than some of the multinational corporations that manufacture these products Obviously there are always going to be other issues arise, other moisture sources, timber issues etc, and sticking within the systems can prove more expensive, but the protection really is worth the difference!
