The EQ Wellness Centre offers 5 areas available for use within the centre: The Private Office and Reception - a 40m2 air-conditioned office, suitable for private coaching and therapy sessions or business 1:1 meetings.... The Recharge Wellness Room - a 60m2 air-conditioned room for smaller groups suitable for meditation, yoga, or presentations. The Energy Open Space - A much larger, 200m2 open space for group work, presentations, men’s/women’s/children’s circles, yoga, meditation, breath work, Dance and more! The Chill out Mez - A 60m2, comfortable mezzanine level for relaxation, time out, or chat time in between classes, located above the Energy room. The Recording studio - A 20m2, recording studio ideal for presentations, online courses, podcasts, and more!
