25.01.2022 Good morning, another lovely day is on the way. We’ve had some comments about people coming to Walhalla and being disappointed that not everything is open and/o...r operating. Please be aware that, especially mid-week, there are times when businesses do not open and that not every business has reopened post C-19 restrictions easing. Everyone should also be aware that all businesses that are open are working with limited capacity and pre-booking is generally a requirement to ensure you get a seat, a room or a table. Mid-week Walhalla is a quiet place...it’s not Chadstone Shopping Centre so please don’t expect same. For information on businesses in the region go to: www.visitwalhalla.com and make contact to ensure the service you want is open. A bit of pre-planning will avoid potential disappointment. See more

25.01.2022 Question? Is it reasonable to charge $10 for kids over 5 in a cabin as they are using generally ; the same as an adult; a bed, linen, towels, water, power ( sometimes messier and more power !) We have previously not charged for kids under 12 however the cleaning and changeover is the same and we do supply all linen amd towels etc. we have been advised after 2.5 years of settling in, perhaps now its time. Children on sites we are charging $5 as no changeover.
