25.01.2022 Have you made plans for Australia Day? Why not cut a few laps at the park, followed by the charity cricket match hosted by Erica Caravan Park, with all donations going to the local CFA!

25.01.2022 While this page has been quiet for a while, there has been a lot going on behind the scenes. Over the last few months, a team from Erica DELWP have been hard at work performing upgrades to the mountain bike park which include: - New signage All trails are now signposted including new directional signs which help riders navigate to the trail head as well as signs to help direct rail trail users. New Erica MTB Park signs have also be erected to make it easier to find the trai...l head and identify the bike park. - Trail re-alignments DELWP crews have put in many hours of hand digging new trail alignments to improve both flow and usability of the mountain bike trails. Major re-alignments have been constructed on the Winch Line and Wheel Nuts trails as well as a new access trail to simplify access to these trails. Please note, due to the new alignments, there are some old trails that have now been rehabilitated. Please do not attempt to reopen these trails as they serve no purpose to the trail network and are now permanently closed. - New trail numbering system The trails are now under a new numbering system to easy navigation. They are as follows. Trail 1 - Crazy Snake Trail 2 - Bones Trail 3 - Silvertop Spur Trail 4 - Wheel Nuts Trail 5 - Winchline While there has been a lot of work done, there are still more upgrades on the way. With restrictions easing, now is a great time to come and explore Erica by bike! Just note that Erica does suffer from mud during winter, so allow for a few nice drying days for the best riding experience! So what do you think? Have you seen the new upgrades? 24.01.2022 DELWP crews have been active over the last week with maintenance works at the Mill Park trail area, so these are again in great shape to ride! We are yet to start work on the Western trails at this stage, so some trees may be across the wheel nuts and winch line trails.

22.01.2022 Please be aware there are many trees down over the mountain bike tracks following yesterday’s storm event. It may take some time to clear the tracks, so keep a lookout on this page for trail updates.

22.01.2022 Are you a TrailForks or Strava user? Did you know you can link the two? By linking these apps, the rides you record on strava will provide individual trail statistics, providing data like when trails are most popular to ride and an indication of numbers of trail users. This is really helpful information that can be used in grant application processes and trail planning meaning better or more riding for you! Checkout the connection guide if your interested!

21.01.2022 The Explore Gippsland Adventure race is on the 29th February this year and will feature some of the trails at Erica Mountain Bike Park. If your into adventure racing, check this one out!

17.01.2022 Yesterday, DELWP crews completed maintenance on the all mountain trails at the Western trail area. New signage and trail alignments are planned as future works to further improve trail usability.

14.01.2022 DELWP crews will be out and about this week giving the trails some maintenance. This means they will be in excellent shape to ride in the upcoming weeks so make sure you come up for a ride!
