19.01.2022 I hope that everyone has had a lovely Christmas and for those of you choosing to take some much needed time off that you are all safe and having a great time away! This post will be a bit of a double whammy for some but I have tried my hardest to fill everyone in when I see you for appointments. For anyone that doesn’t come regularly to see me, Matt and I would like to announce that we are expecting our first little boy in May!!! This brings me to my next announcement, althou...gh this one isn’t as joyful as the first. In preparation for bubby I have decided to move on from the salon. This was not an easy decision to make and with a heavy heart I’d like to announce that the salon will no longer be running under Ericas Timeless Beauty as of the 1st of February. I’ve run and owned my salon for just shy of 7 years and this is going to be a huge change for me. The best part of my salon has been all of you by far. I have made some amazing friends and met some wonderful people over this time. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to accomplish my dreams and get as far as I have. 7 years ago (as a 21yo) I would have never thought that I would be where I am today and it’s honestly all because of you. I look forward to my next venture in life and being a local myself I’m sure that you will see myself, and bub around Much love, Erica

05.01.2022 I know that it’s a busy time of the year and everyone has busy lives but I’d like to give everyone a friendly reminder that no shows and last minute cancellations make operating a business very difficult. The last few days I’ve been fully booked and turning people away, it’s frustrating when a booking is held but not used when someone else misses out. If you need to cancel your booking please ring the salon 24 hours before so I can put someone else in that is waiting in line.... I know unforeseen circumstances come up and I’m always understanding, that’s why I have never previously charged for no shows. If everyone can try their best to be on time for appointments also, this is simply so you don’t get turned away and miss out on your appointment. I’m a single operator trying my best to fit all my much loved clients in at the busiest time of the year and just don’t want anyone to miss out when they didn’t need too.
