20.01.2022 10 years it took me to fullfill my dream to become a World Kickboxing Champion. 10 long hard, pain & sacrificing years. No one believed me when I first laced up those gloves. Only I could see my dream, no one else. If you are willing to sacrifice the comforts u have to achieve your dream than that is a great start. Choose your friends & training partners carefully - they all have a impact on your destiny to greatness.

12.01.2022 So many kickboxing, Boxing and MMA gyms around these days. So many trainers who think that they can train fighters. I believe training fighters is an emotional & psychological art and the fighting skill that can't be taught unless you have been in the ring and understand the same feeling, emotional and psychological pressure that they endure even before setting foot under those lights. Training starts long before you step into that ring not only by hitting pads, sparring an...d bag work but deep inside a fighters mental build up. It's so sad watching young people training for a fight and I can tell 100% through there eyes and body language walking to that ring that they not ready mentally. Nothing wrong with boxing, kickboxing trainers for fitness and exercise but please just because you take fitness classes don't think you can train a fighter because it's so sad when they lose they never come back. How are we suppose to build the sport & longevity when young fighters have a fight and leave after a loss. Choose your gyms and trainers wisely, they can make you or break you. See more
