25.01.2022 Hi Everyone, I like to ask opinion for the group exercise at Burleigh Heads park after long Easter. I am planning to do group exercise for an hour,for weight loss/ strengthen or knee and lower back injury prevention exercise. For the injury prevention technique is using Japanese physio knowledge plus proper squat technique including knee and toe alignment.. and other. ... If someone is interested, would you send me text saying which type of exercise you like to try and when is the best available?( date and time such as after 5pm or early morning). I like to see how many people is interested. price range between $15 to $20 per person. Thank you !



24.01.2022 Hi Everyone. After the long holiday, do you start to exercise? I thought about a weight loss program yesterday. I understand some people have to lose weight in short period of time because of wedding or dating. But if you can, I recommend to have your necessary exercise and simple nutrition program. ... That program is made from the data such as your origin of country, type of food make you gain weight and which area of body do you need to strengthen to give a balanced strength? It is good to identify such information so that you get most out of exercise. I mentioned origin of country because I do not eat meat as much as Australian people and we have totally different diet to perform. 22.01.2022 Hello ( Konnichiwa) Today, I like to make people laugh. So I decided to write about Japanese beauty. I think each culture has different beauty for women. In Jap...an, white face is pretty important. When I was 29, I decided to become Diving Instructor, and did 100 dives on the Gold Coast and Great Barrier Reef. I finished as a Dive Master at the time. But It made my skin very dark (and my hair was very curly). Every time, I go back to home, my mother and sister took me to facial to make sure my face did not get damaged by Australian sun. Also when I go to gym in Japan, local people come to ask me what happened. I am lucky to live here to be able to stay dark. Japanese cosmetic has a variety of cream for make skin keep white. I also realise that Japanese skin is much less dry than Australian skin. Probably our weather is more humid in summer than Australia. Japanese tutor.

13.01.2022 Hi Everyone I start again Personal Trainer from this April. I have been PT for a couple years before. This time, I bring more core body exercise for over 40 years people.... Because I am over 40 and I also struggled recover from back pain when I had it accident. I would like to see people from injury free. I also love to add some Japanese food in the Nutrition advice as well. I have passion to create individual menu for you.
