Toowoomba Houses are coming into a 'Start of Recovery' season which we are seeing evidenced in the huge buyer enquiry, the record prices we are achieving and shortening days on market, fantastic news after a few fairly steady years. Whilst being on the market is always a stressful time, add in a baby, a toddler plus a dog, cat and two birds- it was a great refresher for us as agents of the emotional journey of buying and selling.
