21.01.2022 Check out this divine space at Chenrezig Institute in which we’ll meet monthly for 6-months for the upcoming yoga teacher training with The Mindful Yoga School Kickstarting Nov 19th with a 3-night all-inclusive Opening Immersion Retreat, catered for by the Big Love Cafe chefs, supplying us with wholesome vegetarian food to keep us sustained for a weekend of asana, pranayama, meditation and even including a visit from specialist trainer Adam Sellars of The Pressure Project Fully available to do virtually too!

We may often find ourselves in too much of a hurry to really listen. Then life passes by and we’ve never really stopped to deeply connect in or out. Today on #RUok day, it’s a great time to start practicing giving someone your full attention. It’ll be beneficial for them to feel heard, and it’s also a great way for you to ‘get out of your own way’ and find connection through the act of seva - selfless service (one of the key pathways to happiness)

02.01.2022 In the midst of a house move, a flat tyre, prepping school lunches, finding that one thing you packed away but now need ... the one thing that keeps it all calm and flowing is just taking each moment step-by-step, breath-by-breath. Overwhelm loves it when we try to predict and plan ten steps ahead. It rears its head so readily when those unexpected bumps happen along the way. Return to knowing where you are, that you’re in your body, and that you’re breathing in and out. Put a space around all the ‘to-do’s’. Then just focus on the first step forward
