24.01.2022 Hi guys, have you seen latest news from the ACT gov't regarding further easing of the COVID-19 restrictions? Martial art like ours are allowed to resume contract training from this Friday. We are so excited! As there are only a couple of weeks left in the term, we've decided that we will start back at training from Term 3. The PCYC will still need to operate under some restrictions, such as the 1 person per 4m2 rule, and as we share the main hall space with other, we need to work out what that means for us. As we find out more we will share with you. We can't wait to see you guys on the mats! It's felt like forever - K, Sam, Lachie & Andy.
21.01.2022 Junior grading: we are hoping to grade some of our juniors tomorrow night so make sure you’re on time to training as we’ll have a lot to get through! (And as always, bring your best positive attitudes!)
18.01.2022 All right team, as per the Government announcement this afternoon, all non-essential services are being shut down over the next 48 hours. That means no more training for the time being. Stay safe, practice social isolation, and look after yourselves over this period! If you want to keep your skills up, good things to practice at home include: - tsuki and geri (punches and kicks) - basic steps - breakfalls (if you have somewhere softish to land!) - boxing... - wrestling drills like shrimping and stuff. We will be back as soon as it’s safe! On Wednesday Kris will be at the PCYC just in case anyone missed this message. If you have any questions, post them here and we will get back to you. Stay safe! Sam, Kris, Lachie and Andy
15.01.2022 This is pretty cool!

13.01.2022 Notice to all Erindale Centre Patrons: it is with much sadness that at this stage we have had to close the centre down due to the current situation of COVID-19 We will be posting regular updates to our pages of different online fitness sessions we will be doing.
13.01.2022 Hi everyone, it’s fantastic to see that the restrictions are slowly being eased and we are starting to get a few questions about what this means for us. While the PCYC is opening up and some classes / activities are starting to resume, we will be waiting until the ACT is in stage 3, or contact training is able to commence. We hope that you are all doing well and we can’t wait to see you on the mats again soon. Sing out if you have any questions, or just want to chat - K, Sam, Lachie & Andy.
11.01.2022 Good morning guys. With the start of term 3, we will be recommencing classes on Wednesday night - YIPPEE. Class times are: Juniors 6-7pm Seniors 7-8.30pm... We can wait to see you all again. To make sure that we are able to start classes on time, pop in a little early so that you can sort out your membership with the front office team. We will continue to work with and talk with the management of the PCYC to make sure that we are training in a safe and healthy environment.
