14.01.2022 Our first Pilates Wellness retreat was a great success. We were blessed with beautiful location, amazing community and fantastic weather. It was a great opportunity for us Mums to get away, pause from daily routines and recharge. We laughed together, made new friendships, learning new movements and finding mind body connection through relaxation.

06.01.2022 Pilates Stomach Series on the Reformer using single foot strap. I found these exercises are quite challenging to practice on the reformer. Upper body stability, coordination and keeping lower back firm on the bed.... Trying to keep the pelvis stable, slow even breathing and slow control movements.
