18.01.2022 Before and after... These filters come out of a RC/AC unit in one of our rental properties (& not even one that’s under my management.) I took them home and cleaned them with nappy san & a scrubbing brush ready for the property to settle tomorrow!

16.01.2022 In such an uncertain time I just want to put a message out there. For those considering deferring mortgage payments to ensure they can get through the next few months.. please speak to your financial adviser before making a decision. This can come at a huge cost.. from what I've read, the deferred period IS NOT tacked onto the end of your loan term. You will be expected to make significant payments to catch it up, some have even been said to be double payments for the precedi...ng 6 month period. For those with rental properties considering this option, please do not go to your Property Manager for advice as this is NOT something we can legally provide guidance on. I am seeing it left, right and centre on public forums that landlords should defer payments to allow tenants 6 months grace. Please, seek professional advice before making this decision.
