25.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT Leanne has been working with me for a while now, she was one of the first people I trained at snap so I was ecstatic when she decided to join our last 6 week challenge First picture was the beginning of September and the last picture was a little over 4 months later Leanne is a joy to work with and we’ve been working on her overall fitness levels, I’m so proud of leannes progress so far! She’s upped her plank time, lowered her 500m run time and she went from 3 push-ups to 10 pushups in 6 weeks time!

20.01.2022 Last Friday marked exactly one year in business for Erin Ryan Personal Training and this coming Wednesday will be one year since I signed my contract at @snapfitnesslismore I seriously couldn’t have picked a better career, I find it super rewarding to help other people and also make new friends along the way, the hours are rough and as an extroverted introvert sometimes I just need time to recharge, but god it’s rewarding and amazing to be doing what you love. Remember guys, if you do what you love you’ll never work a day in your life

NUTRITION INFORMATION Calories: 300.70 Kilojoules: 1258.70 Protein: 13.20 Carbs: 27.40 Fat: 11.50 Sugar: 16.80 INGREDIENTS 1 cup Calcium-Fortified Soy Milk 7 tsp Chia Seeds cup Raspberries 1 tso Coconut Flakes 1 tsp Maple Syrup METHOD Step 1: In a large jar, combine the soy milk, maple syrup, and chia seeds and stir well to combine. Step 2: Place the jar in the fridge overnight to allow it to set. Step 3: Once set, take the jar out of the fridge. Step 4: Place the raspberries in a blender or food processor, and process into a smooth paste. Step 5: Stir the coconut flakes through the raspberry paste, then spoon over top of the chia pudding. 17.01.2022 Big big huge massive special shout out to my girl @bekfoleypersonaltraining who coached so many teams on Saturday at @ourkids_lismore samson fitness challenge, not only was she on the sidelines the whole time cheering everyone on, offering support but in the months leading up to samson she held weekly boot camps to make sure we were all prepared and could do it! I can say for sure I would not have been able to have done the challenge without Bek, and I’m sure a lot of people there would say the same. Bek is an inspiration and such a fierce leader and I for one feel very lucky to have such a positive influence and total badass for a friend and colleague @ Lismore Samson Fitness Challenge

Erin Ryan Personal Training here, I teach our core and booty class at snap and I’ve definitely been missing it so I thought I’d throw up one of my fav...orite sessions I instructed! This is a bunch of combo moves, definitely a HIIT style core and booty class! I recommend somewhere between 30s on/30s off for beginners and closer to 45s on/15s off for our more advanced crew, do this for 3-4 rounds with 1 min rest in between Plank tuck with jump lunges Bridge with abduction Jump Lunge-squat-lunge Surrender squat jump Plank walkout with (4) mountain climbers Suicide Plank with hip dip Reverse crunch with leg raise Side crunch with leg raise See more

03.01.2022 A few of my favourite decline bench ab exercises the decline sit up, decline Russian twists and decline bench reverse crunch As much as I believe abs are made in the kitchen the decline bench can be a very helpful tool to up your core game, not only does the decline bench work your abdominals, in most cases it’s working your hip flexors too! (the muscles that bring your knees and thighs towards the abdomen) which are often prone to becoming tight and shortened, they’re an important part of the core muscles and spinal stabilizers so don’t neglect your hip flexors people!
