25.01.2022 Erins Easy Eats will continue to trade at the moment. I am in a shopping centre and after discussing things with management it is in my best interest to continue to poke along as best I can. As we are becoming quieter by the day I'm looking into new ways to make my business survive I have daily specials and all my food is now being sold at a reduced price. Unfortunately I can not take preorders for meals as during this time it is difficult to guarantee availability of stock... But each morning I will be cooking and making fresh meals that I will post on facebook and you can buy on facebook or by texting or phoning myself on 0411700697. Pay on pick up or bank transfer. 23.01.2022 Covid -19... This week has seen us all suffer majorly from this pandemic, like many small businesses in Maitland and everywhere we are feeling the strain. I have had to cut my employee hours and Trent & myself are working the business on our own at the moment to try to keep my little dream alive. As of today we will also make a change in our opening and closing hours until this pandemic is over New hours ... 9am till 2.30/ 3pm Monday to Friday 9am til 2pm Saturdays CLOSED Sundays In the meantime I urge everyone to please continue to support all small business..to get us all through this tuff time, buy your daily coffee from your local coffee shop..your meat from the local butcher..your toilet paper from your local small grocery store! The big muliti million companies will be ok the small family run businesses need you to survive
