Pan fried in home grown garlic and olive oil with paprika Pesto Half parsley and coriander and one small red chilli More garlic and oil! Parsley, garlic and Thai chilli from the garden didn’t last long. So yummmmm and very quick! Topped with Parmesan

Cathy is still selling her products and this is amazing! Got the catalogue on collection and will be back for more! We treated our feet to my very own crabapple cottage organic lavender bath salts which are now being sold locally! 01.01.2022 Thank you Along Came Bec for an AMAZING resource! WHAT. A. DAY!!! We all needed a bit more structure and up this poppped in my news feed. For the cost of a coffee (with an extra shot ) you can set your little ones up for the day, designed for primary kids. My 5 year old (school next year) LOVES structure I modified this for her and our 2 year old. I went crazy and laminated it all and cut it out but Bec makes it easy you can just print and stick up on the wall! LOVE that ...there are a heap of activities there and you can add to the pile. 01.01.2022 Christmas baking no2! Traditional Scottish family shortbread dipped in dark chocolate and raspberry. It doesn’t look very professional but it went very quickly at work! Delicious!
01.01.2022 Exhausted! What a busy day at crabapple cottage getting ready for back to school! Healthy apple and raspberry muffins, peanut slice made of chickpeas! Two dinners for the week; slow roasted apple and pork casserole and honey mustard chicken, cauliflower pizza (all made from the garden!) and apple berry crumbles for tonight. Rhubarb jam on the go and some gardening, enjoying the much cooler weather and misty rain! Even managed to accidentally sprout an Avocado seed which is now planted!
