15.01.2022 Given it was just Valentine's Day, this one is from our Honeymoon <3 <3 <3 Karen Blixen Camp in Kenya. This was seriously the most amazing place. We sat here each afternoon drinking Tuska beer and watched the elephanted meander down the escarpment to kick the hippos and crocodiles out of the way and drink from the river. No fences, no cages, no feedings. We hope to take our kids here one day. 13.01.2022 CONFIRMED: The Kimberley region will reopen to the rest of Western Australia at midnight tonight. The Federal Government has agreed to the State Government’s re...quest to remove the Commonwealth Biosecurity restrictions, meaning the Kimberley, Shire of Ngaanyatjarraku and parts of the East Pilbara will reopen to all Western Australians tomorrow. From tomorrow - Friday, 5 June (11.59pm Thursday, 4 June) the biosecurity areas declared under the Commonwealth Biosecurity Act 2015 will be removed, however access to remote communities will remain restricted under the State Government’s Emergency Management Act. Removing regional travel restrictions in WA, including the restrictions in the Kimberley, has been part of a staged and carefully planned roadmap for Western Australia. I want to thank the Kimberley community for their patience and understanding throughout this process, it’s been extremely difficult for many people and many small businesses. The State Government is continuing to engage with Aboriginal leaders on the future of the travel restrictions into remote communities and additional ways to keep remote communities free from COVID-19. With the Kimberley reopen to visitors from our state, I would encourage every Western Australian to enjoy all of what our great State has to offer, and support local and regional businesses in the process. This is another significant step in our roadmap to recovery. Phase 3 of our roadmap will come into effect this Saturday, allowing even greater opportunities for people to get out and about.

I have been busy changing, cancelling, making sure everyone gets home safe and taking some time out with my little people (this is us getting out for a walk on our propery). AND the kids are guaranteed to sleep like a log! This is our then 6yo daughter on just day 3 of her first ski trip. <3 <3
