24.01.2022 Well what a day, it was long and hot, but that was just Addan hitting it off the Tee!!!!! Matt, Jayden and Bado fought gallantly and after being three holes down clawed their way back to go down by one hole. Ray continued to get better as the day went on, Luke hit the ball like a giraffe but some how managed to be the closest to the pin, Cameron was just happy not to be at work and Baby face Brad, well I think the video sums up his day.

22.01.2022 It was great to spend the last couple of days in Parkes with the boys from outback building. Cam was able to get a selfie with Lachlan and Ian, although they didnt do to much work they didnt even pick up a nailbag all they did was stand here with this weird look on their face.

22.01.2022 Usually you put your name on your tools so people know who owns them. But it doesnt stop the first year from either losing them or claiming that its theirs. How long will it be till we lose these bad boys?

21.01.2022 How good would it be to be a first year. Sleep going to and from the job, and be paid for it. They lose all your tools, or your tools some how end up in their bag, they’re either on insta or Snap posting about jobs they watched you do. Why aren’t kids lining up out the door for an apprenticeship. Living the Dream. 1st year Goals!!!!

15.01.2022 The boys had a 2 minute down period today and we are sick of hearing how good Fieldsy new 12 Volt Milwaukee drill is. So Trent from Bryant Construction was kind enough to use his 1999 Hitachi drill and show young Fieldsy just what power looks like.

15.01.2022 Tomorrow we are going to sort out the men from the boys in the first ever Lancaster Homes vs Ellem Roofing and Plumbing Golf Match. Yes its going to be hot, but not as hot as the golf shots from Matt, Addan Jaydo and Big Bad Bado. Will we handle the home ground advantage or will they melt under the hot J-Town sun. Either way, baby face Brad and his trusted merry men of Luke, Bayley, Ray, Cameron will be out to show them whos the Boss.... Game On!!!!!

10.01.2022 Today if you arent aware is International Day of Brad Ellem,. Its the Day he turns 1 year older, hes still not the best looking rooster in the Ellem family, we think Riley and Caleb have that title sewn up. Happy Birthday Old fella.

09.01.2022 Many of you may, or may not know, but this loveable character Matty B is the Chief Joy stick operator at Dynamic Digging. Matty has a thousand years experience in the building game but thought he would jump ship to the dark side and for a tall lanky giraffe Matty goes pretty good in both the excavator and Bob Cat. He isn’t just a pretty face, our at least that’s what he tells us. If your in need of any earth works,site cuts, pier holes, slashing or even just a good laugh this... bloke is top notch, that’s just our opinion. Great job Matty B.

09.01.2022 Well for the first time in 5 years we felt like we needed to award an employee of the week. It was a very easy decision. This employee started with us on Monday, didnt whinge, rocked up on time, was hard working and not once was on the phone. Its our brand new Hilux from Thomas Bros Wagga. Unfortunately we couldnt take it in for the 1000km service as we were to busy. ... But 2066km for its first week, you Mr Lux get the employee of the week!!!! See more

08.01.2022 Our Phones have been ringing off the hook for more additions of Stud Muffin Fieldsy Fieldsy hasnt been able to hit the Gym since this Covid -19 and is worried it might effect his chances with the chicky Babes. So we introduced him to the Shovel and Wheel Barrow.

07.01.2022 Words cant describe the feeling of winning an Olympic Medal, winning the pie eating competition at the Junee show or have some bloke break your charged stormwater pipe, fill it with dirt and Jam the pipe back in to make it look like nothing happen. #gottalovethetrade!!!!!

04.01.2022 How good does our new shop display look? Exciting things are happening at Ellem Roofing and Plumbing. Kudos to our neighbour Deb on Hair for a few little touches.

04.01.2022 We are on the hunt for a labourer for a few hours a week, must have drivers licence. Living in junee is preferred, but not essential. The job entails lots of manuel handing, assisting in Roofing and plumbing and assisting in the day to day operation of the business. 01.01.2022 Our boys have been busy getting all these fit offs done before Santa comes. We are loving this bath, never mind it took four boys to move it, but we are sure the Owners will love it.

01.01.2022 The 2019 Junee show didnt disappoint. All the show girls, rides, fireworks and of course the 2019 Junee Show Pie Eating competition. Big thanks to Tina and the team at the Junee Bakery for letting Brad smash a pie.
