21.01.2022 Have the power to change how you feel... talk nicely to yourself..a kind word is an action in the direction of love... it motivates I have a tatoo on my arm Amore....Italian for love...the reason..do you know we are about 75% water..?.(approx 80% in brain) do you know the work of Dr masaru emoto water experiments...? Everthing in life has a vibration...even words...it can change the make up of your body... there are emotions, sounds, tones in how we say things... for many hig...hly sensitive people or empaths words have a strong vibration and they can be felt through how people talk to us. Sometimes words said in a harsh or violent manner or even in jest can make us feel hurt or like it is a personal attack on our character. Without knowing that we either defend back or begin to feel bad for who we are, feel the judgement taking it personally making assumptions about ourselves or what people think. Its not only empaths that do that. Its a common reaction. It takes a lot of self awareness to understand that not everything someone is saying relates to you but comes from their own history and experiences of life just 'dumped' on you. As my clients work with me they raise there self awareness to be able to deal with those feelings of rejection, hurt and learn methods to not take them on or doubt themselves.. learn what's theirs and whats not to become an empowered #empath that makes an impact in this world. 17.01.2022 An essential aspect of #success is to be ok that others may be disappointed with your #choices. One way we sabotage success is by taking responsability of how others feel. It stops us making choices in line with our desires our purpose. As a child our parents often want things different from what we want and we are scared to speak up because disappointing them means a fear of losing their love. We become untrue to ourselves. As a sensitive person I often felt guilty tak...ing my needs over others feeling there disappointment and instead wanting to please so unconsciously made choices for others. Now I allow myself to disappoint and understand my happiness is more important and finally others adapt. It's about change, it's about releasing control and transforming what no longer serves you to feel good, seeing who the person is in front of you, feeling uncomfortable that they are hurting. 17.01.2022 Self pressure is exhausting.... the pressure to get it done. Am I giving myself a challenge I enjoy to grow or intimidating myself into the pressure of proving something! If it's the latter often The spiral down leads to overwhelm... trying too hard to prove something....then procrastination.. can't do it....no motivation....give up...ahhhh be a flower!!.... they have one direction...they bloom when they are ready and the conditions are right..... Ask yourself if you are re...ady and if put less pressure to be ready....committed to one thing would it help. If it didnt get done who would you be letting down? Is that true or a perception...?and can you communicate with those involved to ask how important it really is if it didnt get done? So often we put importance on the wrong things and forget to ask for support. The pressure of "i can do it alone" I found a way to take the pressure off so i could bloom!!! by asking myself If there were 3 things i could achieve today that would make me feel good and make a difference what would they be.... and who could help if i need it. I set an intention and move towards it.... success comes in feeling good not pressured!!! 17.01.2022 Do you fear success or failure?? Yes there is a little known fear of success.... seems silly doesn't it!! Ive been there done that. Externally you want success but internally there is a mismatch!! A learned fear or belief from previous experiences or learned from your environment. My learned fear was success is hard work and I can't have it all work relationships family...and I would lose my energy and inspiration. I had to choose one!! sometimes we think success means har...d work and effort and old experiences of hard work and effort may not have paid off or we saw.our family do that and fail. I failed, i learnt that It's not about hard work it's about productive work... energy on the right things and focus in the right direction with balance. On the emotional vibration scale fear is just below desire... so how do you overcome your fears...? you create a definite purpose and a desire that becomes bigger then your fear to bring you up to the next level of emotion and your game! If you feel you are failing, cant get where you want...relook at your purpose... is it yours or someone elses. Is that purpose big enough a desire to pull you out of where you are, not worry what others think. Does it serve you as well as others... ? 15.01.2022 My partner often asks where I am.... are you in your head again he says. I am known as being intellectual and very aware of that ...as an intellectual I need ...activity and sport to get out of my head and into my body. Surfing is amazing as its so present moment. Being one with nature watching and feeling flowing with the wave and not fighting. Great training. Or dance.... sometimes its fun to escape in my head many times not. Trying to find solutions alone, not always smart!!! What do you practice to get out of your head? 15.01.2022 Yesterday I was having a moment... one of those shall I give up moments. I created this mandela. Do you get those as a solopreneur, or even solo parent preneur, single, when it's hard to stay self motivated and keep going towards what you want. It feels easier to want to jack it all in. Motivation to making change is not easy sometimes!! Love to know how you deal with those moments?? Where do you turn to for support?? I turn to my inner pocket box of tools, the 3minute to...ols I created and learnt and now teach to get through challenging moments alone. I also sometimes doodle... and was surprised at this Mandela I made, a way to meditate and boost myself back to feeling good, or a 3minute journaling tool. 14.01.2022 Take 2... or 1 or 3 minutes to get back to you. Finding a moment of calm in your day helps you to refocus and feel good. It doesn't have to take long to do that to turn things around, a pause in nature. If you don't have nature all you need to do is go within. When I get overwhelmed or stressed or lose my purpose I pull out a tool from my joy box to slow down and pause. Herewith a little exercise, a pause in nature. Try it out, follow and enjoy and would love for you to share how it made you feel?

11.01.2022 How do you manage or master your emotions?? I love journaling. I must have a library of them hidden away. As an empath we need to be able to feel how we feel otherwise we struggle. How do we stop letting our emotions or others control us or our #feelings.. especially when you may have a strong controlling person in your life or work. The other side of control is fear and lack of #trust. That's the first understanding. Then learn how to stand up for yourself. Remember emoti...ons aren't weak they are how you know you are living a full life. You are not a burden when you're emotive... learning how to manage those emotions is a way to become more effective and be a better leader, but still be able to feel and show them. I help my clients feel peaceful when they do. First step to doing that is becoming present. Present to yourself and how to hear yourself. 07.01.2022 As a coach my job is not to tell you what to do or to make you wrong for who you are, but encourage you through right questioning to become conscious yourself of who you are, raise your self awareness of your actions and how it effects your life, your emotions and how to use them to lead your life well. Its not about improving and judging yourself and feeling wrong, its about learning and understanding your uniqueness and vulnerability, your inner desires. 01.01.2022 In keeping with the theme of love this week. One of the people that helped me enourmously on my journey to loving myself instead of judging myself was Robert Holden, his book loveability was a huge inspiration. What is self love..? people say love yourself, and I used to say, what the f. do you mean, I love myself, what bs..... ... Slowly through coaching myself, I learnt it means that when you can be free of the complete judgement of yourself and ok with your weaknesses, your sometimes ugliness, your sometimes anger, fully loving all of that, authentically free, that’s true love for self. Never an easy journey. One of the hardest things on my journey was to let go of that inner critical judge... One of Robert Holdens exercises in his book inspired me to create my own exercise to help for me and my clients. It was also inspired by the school teachers when I was little girl, when they used to give you 100 lines to write out when you were naughty and played up, to write 100 times I promise not to be naughty because......, or I won't throw..... anyone remember that?? and the fact that what you focus on is what you get. So it inspired me to to sit and write every morning for a few months 100 or more lines to focus on love and loving myself. I would write: - I love myself therefore. And I would fill in the blank For example, I love myself therefore so will others I love myself therefore I can create a business I love I filled in whatever came to me....... Try it yourself. It was amazing the change I made in the world as I focused on Love and it began to be reflected back to me and how I felt about life and myself. Before I rejected love. Learn how to love yourself and all your so called human weaknesses so that others will too. I CHALLENGE YOU: for a day focus on loving and kind things that people do for you, or you see, and allow yourself to recognise them or where you are blocking your love within. And tell me what you see?? or challenge yourself to do the exercise for a week and tell me what changes...... Love and light for a fabulous week
