I have a new appreciation for the volunteers from Eryldene's kitchen :) Thank you!" Thank you, David!... And thanks to everyone who supported Eryldene and recreated at home the Sunday afternoon teas served by Mrs Waterhouse between 1914 and the 1970s. 06.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE March 24, 2020 In line with recent Federal and NSW Government decisions, Eryldene is closed to the public and has ceased venue hire until further notice.... The reasons for this are to: - support government strategy to reduce and limit the spread of the virus through restricting social gathering and directing people to keep a safe distance from each other at gatherings. - protect and manage the welfare of staff, volunteers, and visitors, many of whom belong to the older demographic, a group that has been identified as especially at risk if exposed to the COVID-19 virus. The Trust’s earlier decision to suspend our Public Program, Open Days, events and tours until at least June 30, 2020 remains unchanged. Christopher Levins Chair, Eryldene Trust
