23.01.2022 A major milestone for us today as we officially launch our client Big Little Ones website. This has been a fantastic project to work on - we’ve built this brand from the ground up. From social media to website content and curation, to working with Amber Creative on logos and branding, we’ve done it all. Very exciting to launch the website today after two months of hard work. The best bit? Our client is already getting orders! And we got to work with our colleague and good friend Hannah Edensor on the website project. Jump on and have a shop!

We’re currently working in familiar territory - writing a prospectus document for The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network - and it’s great to be sinking our teeth into all things Westmead again. 18.01.2022 So...it’s been a minute since you’ve heard from us. We’ve been busy in the background getting some new digs, a brand refresh and building a new website. We’ve been working with new clients in Mudgee, Sydney and Bowral on a range of projects and trying to juggle working from home/looking after an active 18-month-old during #iso. But we’re back! And we’re bringing fresh, new content and our brand new logo. Thanks to Amber at Amber Creative for giving us a much-needed makeover.

12.01.2022 Hi, I’m Emma Spillett - the founder and director of ES Publicity & Events. I’m a freelance PR consultant with nearly 15 years’ experience in the industry. I’m a former journo, chief of staff and communications director, who swapped my life in the big smoke to establish my own business in my now home town of Mudgee, NSW. So, why start my own business? Well, partly out of necessity and partly from sheer drive. When I relocated to Mudgee, I knew I could no longer travel to ...Sydney for work. So, I decided to create my own opportunities and the business was born. I get the best of both worlds - getting to pick and choose my own clients and projects, a flexible work life and working in a truly stunning location. A few things to know about me: I love writing and I love a good yarn. I’ve always loved spinning a good story - just ask my parents! If I’m not working, I’m wrangling my little boy, snuggled in a cosy nook with a good novel, having a wine in the sunshine or watching the latest true-crime doco. I genuinely love what I do. I have a real passion for building brands, developing marketing strategies and social media management. At the forefront of all that, is story-telling. 05.01.2022 Spring has sprung! I could not be happier to shake off the winter chill. As a coastal native, I still struggle with the seriously freezing Mudgee winter and ridiculously hot summers. Give me a coastal breeze any day! This time of year in Mudgee is perfect. Sunshine, warm but not sweat-tastic, and full of blooms. 04.01.2022 Well, The Australian has called it - Mudgee is one of the top locations in the nation for a tree change. As a girl who moved from the coast to the country three years ago, I’d have to agree. If COVID has taught us anything, it’s that the tyranny of distance is no longer an issue. With Zoom and Skype and FaceTime, we can have meetings anywhere, any time. We’re lucky to have incredible clients in Western Sydney, the CBD, Bowral, Townsville and Wollongong - and with the press of a button, we’re right there with them. And we don’t have to leave the beautiful surrounds of Mudgee - the nation’s (not so!) best kept secret. : Jenna Kensey
