There’s a big misconception that lifting weights makes you look more manly but seriously? Look at @strong.by.sarah cause she’s the furthest thing from manly! Always be careful of comparing yourself to what other people can do and don’t get down on yourself if you can’t do the same. 01.01.2022 How do you set yourself up to succeed with your eating? For me, meal prepping in some form or another is the key. I usually spend Sunday’s making some meals, snacks, and prepping any veggies and proteins I’ve got. By doing all of these things (or even just a few of them), I ensure I don’t forget to eat. I ensure that I don’t mindlessly snack all day. And the big thing is it keeps me on track with making sure I stick within my calories. Do you meal plan or prep?
