On Wednesday, December 12th, what appears to have been a spam-bot took control of our account resulting in countless unwanted emails being sent to our customer base. It is with great sadness that we regret to inform you that as of this evening (March 18th) Escape Room Melbourne will be closing it's doors until further notice due to the mounting health risks of the COVID-19 virus. We absolutely WILL be back up and running as soon as it is safe to do so, but in the mean time we believe we have an obligation to the community to shut down our services in order to help flatten the curve on the transmission rate to give our... hospitals and health-workers a fighting chance. We will be contacting those of you with bookings in the coming weeks to offer refunds, or to move those bookings to a future date so they can be more easily rescheduled when things get a little more back to normal. Any currently-purchased vouchers set to expire over the next few months will still be valid when we re-open.
