21.01.2022 Helloooo! How are you all going?? Hopefully there are not too many horror DIY waxing stories happening! Just wanting to give everyone a bit of an update as restrictions start to be eased. I’ve had quite a few enquiries regarding massage now that remedial massage has been allowed to start back up again. Unfortunately I don’t offer remedial massage so I am still unable to do massage services at this point in time. ... Please also remember that I do have my beautiful baby boy at home and even when restrictions are eased and beauty salons start up again I will be very slowly returning to work. This will mean my hours will be limited to afternoons and some weekend work so I can savour this very precious time with him. On a side note, my beauty room has become a storage area as I rearrange every other room in the house so I will be in a mad panic to get it sorted when we reopen My limited hours will also mean that I won’t be taking on any new clients in the beginning to ensure all of my existing clients are able to get their much needed appointments. 14.01.2022 Officially on Maternity Leave! It’s only a few days until we meet our Bub so it is definitely time to call it a day for now. I look forward to introducing you all to our little one when he or she arrives. At this stage I am still doing all treatments and will hopefully be able to continue for quite some time before the bump takes over and I can’t reach over you to massage! Also don’t forget to keep getting those expired vouchers in so you don’t miss out! Here is a little message from Miles to hopefully give you a little smile Note: this is only loosely translated but basically he is saying to take care of yourselves and your loved ones, look after your mental health and reach out if you are struggling and that we will get through this. ... And I just wanted to thank all of the essential workers who are still going to work risking their health so the world doesn’t stop completely and to all of the parents/caregivers at home with the kids, good luck and go easy on yourselves! This is unchartered waters for all of us and we are all just winging it so let’s stick together by staying apart and hopefully this will be over sooner rather than later I am really missing hugging people but for now I’m feeling so very grateful that I have this little man here who has absolutely no concept of social distancing whatsoever Take care, sending you all lots of love Megan xx

05.01.2022 Hey everyone How are we all going?? I just wanted to do a post about the upcoming stages of eased restrictions as a lot of you may have seen that beauty therapy was on the list to make a comeback, which is amazing news for those of you who have been missing your waxing/pamper sessions ... I have personally made the decision not to reopen just yet, which I know isn’t the news that my clients want to hear but it is a decision I have taken some time to come to. All salons that choose to reopen must have a COVID SAFE plan in place and when I have some time once school returns I’ll be able to sit down and create one. I do miss you all so much, however there will possibly be lots of salons reopening to sort out your waxing needs in the coming weeks, but while my days are filled with homeschooling I really want to have as much time with this precious little one as possible and I will never get that time back once it’s gone (seriously look at that face, don’t you just want to squish him?!?) This hasn’t been an easy decision but it definitely feels like the right one for the health and wellbeing of my little family. Take care, sending lots of love to you all! Megan xx
