Missed @atfcessnock so much we came back today just to film the workout Some of these felt a little Gimmicky like using the bag. But at the moment, it’s whatever works right? This period of training isn’t about breaking new moulds, making PR’s or anything like that. So in terms of reps and sets, TEMPO and TIME UNDER TENSION are King (or Queen). We have so many pretty pieces to show you and the full colour range of Chalked ...Up Furniture Paint in the new 500ml tins. We are showcasing an array of hand crafted pieces made by local artists which include wood carvings, felted bags and scarves, hand painted oil artwork and some very clever furniture pieces as well as my own Up cycled furniture. Eftpos is available. We are in a gorgeous spot on the grounds of Forrest Hills Ridge sitting up on top of a hill overlooking the surrounding vineyards and pastures. We have plenty of places to sit and relax and take in the view. Its a great place for a picnic and maybe a little wine tasting. We are open Saturday and Sunday 10am -4pm at 536 De Beyers rd Pokolbin.
