23.01.2022 It is disappointing when you look out at your beautiful patterned pavers and see moss covering the stones. Moss is also a hazard, because it turns a walkway into a slippery mess when the moss is wet. If your pavers are in a moist, shady area, moss growth is unavoidable. Here are some before and after pictures of a paved patio. I used a pressure washer at a low angle to blast the moss away. Trimming back foliage to allow light through also helps prevent moss growing. If you need to bring your patio back to life and looking like new, contact me for an appointment.

17.01.2022 2019-2020 has been on of the most challenging and complicated growing seasons Ive ever experienced. Worst drought on record, tough water restrictions and extreme heat. At times I felt deflated and defeated as nothing seemed to be working, but I persisted with slow release and organic liquid fertilisers, wetting agents, organic composts and soils. What was really needed was rain , nothing beats the rain. Then it came, way more than expected to kick start everything back to life . This rain forest garden in the Bulli escarpment has been one of the most challenging I maintain. I thought it may of been lost .
