25.01.2022 We are very proud to announce that 2 of our Year 11 TSP Cricketers have been selected as part of the ESHS Leadership for 2020 Congratulations to Akash Biradar who was selected as the 2020 ESHS School Captain. Akash absolutely deserves this positon his dedication and leadership on and off the field is nothing short of exceptional... Congratulations must also got o Declan Hart who was selected as a Senior Prefect for 2020. Declan has been a long standing member of the school SRC and has thrived during his time at ESHS We are extremely proud of you both and wish you all the best in your leadership roles!!!

25.01.2022 Congratulations to the following ESHS TSP Cricketers who represented Sydney East in Armidale for the 2018 NSW CHS Carnival. Jamaine Melchior, Declan Hart, Akash Biradar and Mr Laws (Coach) The boys played outstandingly throughout the week and finished as PREMIERS for 2018.... Declan Hart was selected in the NSW CHS 2nd XI Team to compete at the NSW All Schools Carnival in March 2019. Declan took 9 wickets including a magnificent 1st day performance of 5/16 off 10 overs. His name now sits alongside some of the Australian greats in the record books including Brett Lee, Steve Waugh,Moises Henreques, Steve Smith & Michael Clarke just to name a few. Akash took 4 wickets for 30 runs of 26 overs which shows how consistent and tight his bowling was all week. He may not have taken a bag of wickets but other bowlers owe him credit for their wickets. Jamaine was limited in his opportunities as Sydney East bowled teams out for minimal totals (79, 120, 64 and 81) He did field like Rickey Ponting and hit one of the biggest 6ers ever witnessed at a CHS Carnival. Mr Laws had a once in a lifetime team and was able to warm the boys up prior to the game and then high 5 them after each win. It was a clinical display of how you play cricket. Congratulations again boys an outstanding effort and a well-deserved result.

01.01.2022 Congratulations to ESHS TSP Cricket on winning the Shire Cricket Cup. ESHS 1st XI (2/162) defeated Caringbah HS (6/85) in the final of the Shire Cup It was no easy road to make the final having to play Menai High (finalists in 2017) and then defeating Kirrawee HS (2018 winners) off the last ball in the semi final to make the final. ESHS elected to bat first with Will Cameron (31) and Max Robinson (21) setting the tone with attacking batting scoring 6+ runs per over with th...e score at 1/40. Alex Parthenis came to the crease and immediately stated his dominance smashing the attack all around the park. Hitting 3 x 6s and 9 x 4s on his way to (77 not out), managing to loose a few balls in the mangroves. Andrew Gotsis (21 not out) also contributed quick runs with ESHS finishing at 2/162. The boys took the opportunity to attack Caringbah's batsmen with Angus Mills (1/16 off 4) and Matt Adam (0/16 off 4) bowling with excellent pace. Josh Cameron (1/15 off 4) and Dane Kingston (1/10 off 4) bowled exceptionally through the middle overs, dramatically slowing the run rate. Congratulations to Alex Parthenis who was awarded Player of the Final. See more
