Join Gian Raj for her online webinar on learning How to Feel Safe by Coming Back to your Body this Wednesday June 3rd at 1pm. In th...is webinar Gian will take you on a journey to help you understand your fear as well as look at how you can build tolerance through change. Learn exactly how to use fear to your advantage so you that you can find your path forward. : Revisit what it means to take care of ourselves by using ancient body practices, reflect on what is arising for you and undertake a guided meditation to set the scene for you. : Gian Raj coaches women in both life and business and is currently completing a degree of Psychological Science. 19.01.2022 I think this Marianne Williamson poem is beautiful and so on the money! Remember every morning when you wake and before you go to bed and every second in between that you are a powerful and amazing! Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? ... You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. See more

15.01.2022 Women have an enormous capacity to harness the spiritual fortitude that lies within. Mental fortitude is a necessary element of success. When we have the ability to focus on and execute solutions in the face of adversity, we are said to have fortitude. It is all too easy when we are faced with challenges to quit or convince ourselves that that wasnt what we needed or wanted anyhow. But if we really want to succeed, we need to persist with patience and creativity, exploration and execution. When we do this and forge on, any fears we may have often fall to the wayside.

06.01.2022 Join us Thursday 25th June at 6-7pm for an educational and reflective webinar by one of our incredible collective members Susan Vu. : In this webinar Susan takes us on a journey into transforming childhood trauma and learning how we can develop healthier and fulfilling ways of relating in all aspects of our lives. : Heal Your Inner Child involves creating a new relationship with the parts of ourselves that get triggered, that feel fear and vulnerable. We will know weve p...rogressed into a new state of being when the things that used to throw us off-centre, into a state of anxiety, shame or guilt no longer trigger us. : Susan teaches us how to become more conscious in our thinking so we can track back to where the original trauma occurred and meet our inner child. It is in this place as an adult that we are then able to learn how to fulfil the needs that were not met in our childhood. : Susan is a transpersonal counsellor who works holistically with clients, using a client-centred methodology, facilitating the growth process through a variety of means aimed at revealing the true self and inner authenticity of the client. **Tickets are FREE- Link in Bio*

04.01.2022 Recognising your wholeness does not mean striving for perfection. Being whole means seeing perfection and imperfection, hurting and healing, fear and courage, the shadows and the light, as parts of yourself. These are all part of your wholeness. https://respectyourself.org.uk/be-whole-not-perfect/
