25.01.2022 Tomorrow is World Environment Day. Here at ESM, we have our own Environmental Team who gather monthly to discuss how we as a company can be as environmentally friendly as possible, as well as looking into ways our customers can implement sustainable infrastructure to their schemes. This year ESM and our staff will be making donations to Trillion Trees; a WA based not-for-profit tree-planting organisation.

23.01.2022 As a part of our ongoing efforts to be at the forefront of the Strata Community, some of our team attended the Strata Community Insurance 2019 Spring Forum. The focus of the session was a study conducted by Dr Nicole Johnston of Deakin University and Associate Professor Sacha Reid of Griffith University relating to the increasing prevalence of defects in new buildings, their effects on owners and residents, and why this phenomena is a growing concern that urgently needs to be... addressed. As a follow up, we were fortunate to have David Clark and Brian Gray from Houspect Building Inspections visit our office and give a fantastic insight into defects as they specifically pertain to Strata Complexes. Building defects are a growing concern in the building industry but fortunately, we have the best possible team to help you navigate your way through!

11.01.2022 The Strata Titles Amendment Act which came into effect on May 1st, introduced new regulations to raise the standards of the the strata company council members.
