22.01.2022 The ES Digital team just printed on these bamboo cocktail skewers using the Compress UV printer in our showroom. The print image can be anything at all that fits within the available area on the product. Images printed can be one colour or multi coloured and because the Compress has white ink it can also be used to print on products that are dark in colour.... The iUV600 has a print area of 600mm x 450mm which allows for a large number of small products to be printed. We could easily have printed 138 cocktail sticks in one print pass but with a little extra work (turning every second row upside down) we could have printer around 276 in one go. Once you have started the Compress you can safely let it print and get on with other work. Note: The Compress iUV1200 has a 1,200mm x 750mm bed size and so it can print much larger quantities and/or much larger products like glass, Perspex sheets, metal plates, cardboard cartons, golf balls, USBs and many more.

07.01.2022 The ES Digital team just printed on this ceramic wall tile (20cm x 20cm) using the Compress UV printer in our showroom. Due to the tile having a glazed surface they first applied a wipe-on primer solution. This helps to clean the surface and make it more receptive to the ink. This allows it to form a strong bond between the ink and the surface of the tile. The print area of the iUV600 is 600mm x 450mm so we could have easily printed 4 - 6 tiles at the same time. Each tile c...an be printed with a different image or one large image can be printed across all of the tiles. Note: The Compress iUV1200 has a 1,200mm x 750mm bed size and so it can print much larger quantities and/or much larger products like glass, Perspex sheets, metal plates, cardboard cartons, golf balls, USBs and many more. Both models can print items that are up to 30cm high more than any other UV printers available today.
