09.01.2022 I wrote this for our practical assessment for Savasana (relaxation) during level one training for aerial yoga. I have never had so much anxiety as I did this week. I fumbled through it. Have much to study and remember. But life is for learning and expanding beyou our norm. #oceanair_yoga

07.01.2022 I’ve been experiencing and learning this lesson in the past couple of weeks. This resonates on many levels for me. Most of my life I’ve been confident, and generally a quick learner. However now with years of not stimulating my brain, and ofcourse life everything in between it’s no longer the same story. My memory definitely plays a roll also. Learning to being ok with struggle, learning and gaining self acceptance of it’s ok not to be the best. Having resilience to write ...my own story and not be dictated by another’s words. To rise above the mind chatter, to stay strong and work through high anxiety and fear of failure. Welcoming acceptance of others, and accepting support, when usually giving it. One of my mottos for the past year has been saying yes to life. I am rewriting my future. Leaving behind guilt, and embarrassment.... for the not being enough on so many levels. Ready to show up to all, as the true me, the powerful inspiring me. The kickarse heart loving earth angel that I am ..... because it’s about time I owned it.
