25.01.2022 Over the last two terms I have been fortunate to spend time with the year 11 and 12 legal studies students at Gordonvale High School. These extremely talented young adults have been an absolute pleasure to spend time with (thanks again for the coffee Georgia ). 25.01.2022 Esposito Lawyers have moved office We have relocated our office to the ground floor. Our signage is not yet up, so make sure you call before dropping in so you can find us! All other details remain the same. A letter/email will be sent to our previous and current clients confirming the move.... Now no move is complete without telephone issues...and on that note, our landlines are currently diverted to a mobile, while we wait for the transfer to take place!

20.01.2022 QLD PUBLIC HOLIDAY - Monday 4 May 2020 Some friendly advice to employers. You are required to pay part-time and full-time staff for Mondays public holiday if they normally work on Mondays. Unilaterally changing around hours for next week to avoid payment will likely lead to you breaching the Fair Work Act, any applicable Award or Enterprise Agreement, and your obligations and therefore payment terms under the JobKeeper agreement (if applicable).

09.01.2022 QLD - Home confinement directions There is understandably a lot of confusion surrounding the directions. What is clear is that the directions are fluid and will continue to change based upon medical advice received. An example of this is that the home confinement direction made on 29 March 2020, was revoked and a new direction made on 2 April 2020 (see below)...
