It's still a wet processed coffee, so it'd be a bit more smoother just as the Ethiopian one we served last week. This Colombian single origin has the nutty and wooden flavors. But we only serve single origin the black way, since it might be abit of waste if we pour milk into it. Also, single origin at this roasting level may not be thick enough to stand milk. If you've tried some of our different single origins, you'll notice that beans from various process can taste totally different. And the process we can normally get depends on the climate of the origin. Does is get enough water resource or sunlight? And if there's no specific demand, Modena would be the default blend. It's the signature blend from the roastery over 65 years old, Mocopan.
